Hi! I’m Lauren.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in EMDR and trauma-focused care. My work is rooted in helping you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and more connected in your relationships.
I’m especially passionate about working with first responders, veterans and individuals who are used to being the “strong one”. I also work closely with women navigating postpartum, indivudals healking from dicorce or relational trauma, and those moving through seasons of transition, identity shifts, or burnout. My goal is to create spac where you no longer have to stay in survival mode.
This work is deeply personal to me- and I show up fully for my clients and appreciate each journey I am trusted to walk alongside. I offer in-person sessions in Gallatin, TN. Serving all of Sumner County, Hendersonville, Portland, Whitehouse, Hartsville, and Lebanon. I am able to offer vitual sessions across the state of Tennessee.
