“Who looks outside, dreams; Who looks inside, awakens.”

-Carl Jung

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance life has felt heavy for a while.

Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship pain, or just the kind of exhaustion that comes from trying to hold everything together while still showing up for everyone else.

I want you to know you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.

I’m a therapist who truly believes healing is possible… even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. I work with humans who are ready to feel better—not by “fixing” themselves, but by finally understanding themselves, reconnecting with who they are, and learning how to feel safe again in their own mind and body.

A Space to Feel Supported

Life can shift in ways we never expected — through seasons like parenthood, divorce, grief, and career stress, or simply trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. If you’re in a hard chapter, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our calm and welcoming space, I invite you to slow down, notice safety, and begin reconnecting with yourself.

Specialized, Trauma-Informed Care

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is EMDR-Certified, I offer trauma-informed care that blends EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFIT, and somatic techniques to support deep, lasting healing for both mind and body.

My passion for working with veterans, first responders, and nurses — stems from family and friends, and those in my community who spend their lives carrying weight for others. Here, you are not expected to stay strong. You are supported.

Above all, the goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered through rebuilding perpective and self awareness.

In 2011, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from California State University, San Marcos, which built a strong foundation in understanding emotional development, relationships, and the complexity of human behavior. Years later, I completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am now a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee.

My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging seasons—trauma, anxiety, relationship pain, major life transitions, and the emotional weight of simply carrying too much for too long. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques to support lasting healing for both mind and body.

Outside of the therapy room, I value a slower pace of life and believe deeply in practicing what I encourage in others. I recharge through quality time with my daughters, creativity, being outdoors, and meaningful moments of rest and connection. These grounding practices help me continue showing up with presence, care, and intention for the clients I serve.
